In the event of a missed appointment without proper cancelation, at least a 1 hour notice, the client agrees to pay a fee for missed time and services. In addition there is a 10 minute rule in place meaning if you arrive to your appointment later than 10 minutes, the appointment will need to be rescheduled due to lack of proper availability to receive services.
